2Client Responsibilities

As a client of SEO Help Now, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services
• Grant us access to your website, analytics, and other relevant platforms as required for service delivery
• Cooperate with us in a timely manner to facilitate the execution of the services
• Understand that while we guarantee results within 30-40 days for SEO packages, specific ranking positions or traffic volumes cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms and competitive landscapes

3Payment Terms

• Pricing: Our service pricing is detailed on https://seohelpnow.com/prices.html. We offer monthly billing and annual billing options, with annual billing providing a 20% saving plus 2 free months.
• Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon billing cycle (monthly or annually).
• Payment: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, except as explicitly stated in our service guarantee or as required by applicable law.

4Term and Termination

• Term: The term of service will be as agreed upon in your selected package (e.g., monthly or annual). Services will automatically renew unless canceled by either party.
